Welcome to CountryEdu LMS, operated by CountryEdu Private Limited. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Payment Terms

All payments must be made 100% in advance before accessing any course, program, or service on the LMS. Access will only be granted after successful payment confirmation.

2. Pricing & Taxes

All prices mentioned on the platform are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. CountryEdu reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.

3. Product Warranty & Guarantee

Any product, service, or tool offered through the platform carries warranty or guarantee only as per the original manufacturer or service provider’s policies. CountryEdu does not provide any additional warranty beyond those terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content available on the LMS including videos, materials, designs, and resources are the intellectual property of CountryEdu Private Limited. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or resale is strictly prohibited.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate registration details
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes
  • Not engage in any activity that disrupts platform functionality

6. Refund Policy

Fees once paid are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise under specific program policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

CountryEdu shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to career outcomes or technical issues.

8. Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Gurgaon, Haryana courts only.
